Close to Zurich hb and the old town. Made for great walking tours of the area and easy transit for train arrival / departure.
Air movement in one of our rooms was broken and staff not helpful in fixing.

amazing access to parks and landmarks in zurich
I loved how close we were to the beautiful Platzspitz park, making it easy to relax and enjoy nature during our city strolls, and the short walk to the charming Old Town allowed us to explore local shops and fine architecture at our leisure.

The location was good for railway station, shopping and getting eats. Could walk to all of these. There was a lot of tram noise when the window was open, but when closed there was no problem with this....

The location was great, easy access to the trams, trains were 2 minties away , so yon can go anywhere within minutes of leaving the hotel.
Rooms where very small and breakfast was not part of the price , we had to pay seperately for it .

The Central Plaza Hotel is conveniently located. The staff provided excellent service, especially Daria, who offered thoughtful gestures. The room was small and the lack of AC was uncomfortable during the heat. Ideally, better communication about room readiness is needed.

Friendly staff and the very convenient location of the hotel
We were in a room close to the lift and were bothered by the noise from it.....not something we noticed until it woke us up at 6am!Also the room was rather small with a view straight into the neighbouring office block
